The process for trading Scantech shares through the Low Volume Market is outlined below.

Step 1 – Review Key Information

The current Register of Sellers and Buyers
The Trading History

This will help you understand how the market operates and current activity.

Step 2 – Register Your Interest

If you are a buyer or seller, you may request that Scantech provide you with the contact details of a listed buyer or seller.

To request this information, contact Scantech’s Company Secretary.

Step 3 – Complete the Transaction

Once a buyer and seller agree on the terms:

Complete a Standard Transfer Form
Return the completed form to the Registry

The matching, negotiation and execution of any transaction takes place directly between the buyer and seller. Scantech is not involved in the transaction process.

Settled transactions are processed by Scantech’s share registry, MUFG Corporate Markets (AU) Limited. Once processed, the Company Secretary updates the Register of Sellers and Buyers.
